With years of experience as a former professional player and a trained scout, Isaac brings a well-rounded perspective to talent development and career management. He also holds a Master’s degree in Social Work, allowing him to integrate mental health awareness, emotional support, and holistic guidance into the athlete journey. His mission is to build legacies, not just careers, by prioritizing the total well-being of each player.

As Head of Player Representation, Appiah brings a sharp eye for talent and a deep understanding of player needs. With a background in both football and athlete advocacy, he works closely with clients to ensure their careers are guided with care, strategy, and long-term vision. Appiah is passionate about protecting players’ interests and helping them navigate every stage of their journey, from contract to club transition. He brings over 8 years of experience in scouting and player management, having previously served as a youth development coach. His on-the-ground expertise across grassroots and elite levels positions him as a trusted advisor for athletes pursuing both national and international careers.

Augustine Acquah serves as the Operations Director of NoblePath Sports Management, bringing leadership, professionalism, and a deep understanding of football operations to the agency. With firsthand experience in the game and a strong background in player development, Augustine plays a key role in supporting athlete growth, organizational management, and day-to-day operations. Holding a License C Coaching Certification, Augustine combines coaching knowledge, tactical understanding, and operational leadership to help guide players throughout their development journey. His eye for talent, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence make him an important pillar within NoblePath Sports Management. Beyond football, Augustine has built professional experience within the public service sector, where he has demonstrated discipline, leadership, and strong administrative capabilities.
